Tom joined us last August and quickly launched new classes, including a unique Couch to 5K and chair fitness. More innovations are coming soon.

Tom joined the team in August last year and quickly made a significant impact, introducing innovative classes that cater to a wide range of fitness levels and interests. Among his contributions is a unique take on the popular "Couch to 5K" program, designed to help beginners gradually build up their running endurance and confidence. Additionally, he introduced an additional chair fitness class, broadening the accessibility of fitness activities to those who may have mobility challenges or prefer a low-impact exercise option. Tom's initiatives demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and creativity in fitness programming, with hints at more exciting developments on the horizon. His efforts are a testament to his ability to understand the community's needs and introduce fresh, engaging, and supportive fitness opportunities for everyone.
